Dalinda Gonzalez-Alcantar, M.Ed, was the guest speaker for the Young Entrepreneurs of the RGV Challenge. She hails from McAllen, Texas, and has emerged as an innovator. She is currently the CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of McAllen, a South Texas College Board of Trustees member, the Founder and CEO of Alablanca Co., eJucomm Mobile Applications, and an Educational Researcher and Blogger.Dalinda is a leader in youth development and a Texas State policymaker. With expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and student-centered learning, she is committed to transforming lives through education. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Dalinda has received numerous awards and accolades for her dedication and innovative approach. Collaborating closely with educators and stakeholders, she implements cutting-edge strategies to create inclusive learning environments where every student is valued.
