If you know RGV LEAD, you know Eliza Groff. She has been instrumental in its success throughout the past twenty years. Eliza is what you might call the glue of RGV LEAD. As Program Coordinator, she wore many hats. She engaged with the Rio Grande Valley school districts, coordinated events with the Academic Leadership Alliance, arranged RGV LEAD Board meetings, and managed all program initiatives.Eliza has taken on a new challenge with Titan Fuel.Thank you, Eliza, for your years of service to RGV LEAD!
