Eliza Groff says Goodbye to RGV LEAD
As an RGV LEAD partner, you are familiar with Eliza Groff. She has been instrumental in the success of RGV LEAD throughout the years. Eliza is what one might call “the glue” of the company. Correspondence to all school districts, Academic Leadership Alliance coordination, arranging RGV LEAD Board meetings, Ambassadors meetings, P-16 Council meetings, and other RGV LEAD programs got moving because Eliza was behind the scenes doing what she does best – she is a mover and a shaker! Truly, Eliza lived up to her title as RGV LEAD Program Coordinator.Like all good things that come to an end, Eliza is leaving RGV LEAD to take on the role of HR director for Titan Fuel. Her familiarity with working with various people, her organizational skills, and her dedication to the job will serve her well in the new position. Eliza will be a tremendous asset to Titan Fuel.RGV LEAD will miss Eliza Groff but will treasure her years with the organization.Best wishes, Eliza!
