WELCOME BACK, MERCEDES ISD!

RGV LEAD is proud to welcome Mercedes ISD back as a returning Member District for the 2026–2027 academic year!

Empowering Today’s Students. Building Tomorrow’s Workforce.

We are excited to continue working alongside Mercedes Schools leadership, educators, and students to expand opportunities in career exploration, work-based learning, industry engagement, and workforce pipeline initiatives.

Every returning district strengthens our regional effort to connect education and industry and ensure Rio Grande Valley students are prepared for the opportunities ahead.

Welcome back, Mercedes ISD! We are excited to LEAD Forward together!
