At RGV LEAD, we are shaping young minds and preparing our future workforce!

This morning, RGV LEAD proudly hosted a Work-Based Learning experience through our Hidalgo County Criminal Justice Careers and Legal Education Pipeline Initiative, in partnership with Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez Law Firm in McAllen, Texas.

We were excited to have students representing seven RGV LEAD Member School Districts, gaining firsthand industry insight, exploring careers in the legal profession, and connecting with professionals who serve our communities.

A special thank you to our distinguished industry speakers and partners:

Samantha Garza, Associate Attorney, Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez Law Firm

Sergio Contreras, CEO, Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez Law Firm

On behalf of the RGV LEAD Board of Directors, THANK YOU for investing your time, sharing your professional experiences, and making this opportunity meaningful and memorable for our students!

This is what workforce development looks like — connecting education with industry and opening doors to future careers!

Together, we are building a stronger workforce pipeline for the Rio Grande Valley, one student at a time!
