RGV LEAD is proud to welcome Harlingen CISD back as a Member District for the 2026–2027 academic year!
We are excited to reconnect with HCISD students, educators, and leadership through meaningful college, career, and workforce readiness opportunities. Together, we are strengthening the bridge between education and industry and creating intentional pathways that prepare Rio Grande Valley students for their futures.
