Congratulations, Eloy Garza!

We are excited to share that Eloy Garza, MPS-IMC, has been elected Board President at our recent March Quarterly meeting! Over the past six months, RGV LEAD has successfully transitioned, strengthening our Board of Directors and appointing Maricela De Leon, MPA, CPM, as our Executive Director.

With the strong leadership of our dedicated team, we are confident in our ability to deliver impactful, intentional programming that will benefit the 21 member districts we proudly serve. Our strategic vision for the future is one for the books!
