RGV LEAD is proud to share that our Board President and Interim Executive Director, Maricela De Leon, MPA, CPM, has been nominated for the 2026 Invest IN HER Award – Tradeswoman of the Year, recognizing excellence in field-based roles, for her leadership and work with RGV LEAD.
