Congratulations to all of the incredible participants in the RGV LEAD S3 Challenge Pitch Competition! Students from McAllen ISD, South Texas ISD, Donna ISD, and San Benito ISD showcased outstanding innovation, creativity, professionalism, and entrepreneurial spirit throughout the competition. We are proud of every student who stepped forward to present their ideas and compete at such a high level.
Special congratulations to our McAllen ISD student winners, who emerged as the main winners of the Pitch Competition. Their outstanding performance, hard work, preparation, and dedication truly set them apart.
We would also like to extend special recognition to McAllen I.S.D. Ms. Cristina De Leon, Teacher Sponsor, for her unwavering commitment to supporting and mentoring the students who competed under her guidance. Your leadership, encouragement, and dedication continue to create meaningful opportunities for student success across our region.
A huge thank you as well to all of the mentors and visiting competition judges who volunteered their time, expertise, and support to encourage and inspire our students throughout this event. Your investment in the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs makes a lasting impact.
Most importantly, we are deeply grateful to our sponsors and partners—UTRGV, AT&T, Career Bridge, Texas Gas Service, Attorney Moises Flores, the Persistence in Adversity Foundation, and M&S De Leon Enterprises—who made this event possible.
Thank you for investing in the future leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs of the Rio Grande Valley.
Together, we are creating opportunities and empowering the next generation of talent!
