Finance & Bylaws Committee: Oversees finances, budgets, audits, and reviews the Bylaws, Employee Handbook, and organizational policies.

Marketing Committee: Plans and leads marketing and communication efforts to promote RGV LEAD.

Student Initiatives Committee: Supports student programs including RGV LEAD Scholars, Scholarships, Mentors, Student Ambassadors, and Young Entrepreneurs.

Partnerships Committee: Builds and manages partnerships through initiatives such as the Academy Leaders Coalition, ALA Externships, and the Education and Career Expo.

Nominations Committee: Recommends Directors and officers, and presents Associate Board member appointments for Board approval.

Data Initiatives Committee: Collects and shares regional and district data to support reporting and decision-making.
