About the event
The students entering high school and college now will step into a workforce shaped by new tools, new expectations, and new kinds of teamwork. Technical skills will matter. So will judgment, communication, follow-through, and the ability to learn when the path is not already mapped out.
That is the heart of the 2026 Fall Leadership Workshop: Empowering Today's Students. Building Tomorrow's Workforce. The event is built around a clear idea: students need more than encouragement to become capable leaders. They need practice, feedback, mentors, and real chances to connect what they are learning with the world they will soon enter. Hands-on projects help students connect leadership with real problem-solving.
